On July 8, 2010, Ron Paulk, CEO of CSI, was presented with a Certificate of Completion by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Compliance Division for completing Regulation VIII - Dust Control Training.  This course was held at the Southern Region Office located in Bakersfield, CA.  The Dust Control Training is mandatory for any construction companies that prepare and submit dust control plans for projects that are either "non-residential developments of five or more acres of distributed surface area, or the relocation of more than 2,500 cubic yards per day of materials on at least three days of the project."
