CSI Contractors started from humble beginnings and the dreams of two people, Ron & Cara Paulk. In 1999, Ron lefthis job as a construction supervisor and began building a new company. Soon joined by his wife Cara, they set out to create a construction company that minimized the reliance of sub-contract labor and services. The company officially incorporated in January 2004 to become CSI Contractors, Inc.
In 2002 CSI Contractors formed an alliance with HCI Steel Buildings. This proved to be a strategic move for both companies, as CSI Contractors soon became HCI Steel's number one builder. From that time to the present, CSI Contractors has remained HCI Steel's top seller and authorized builder of steel buildings.
Ron and Cara's dream of maintaining a full service turn-key construction company has been realized, and now CSI now employs over 40 craftsmen. CSI craftsmen complete nearly all phases of construction in-house, including preliminary engineering. This structure allows CSI Contractors to control costs, quality and scheduling. Customers like the convenience that they can come to one person when they have questions or concerns about their projects.
Both Ron and Cara are excited about the future of CSI Contractors, and of the successes to come. They intend to continue growing through quality and strong professional relationships; relationships built on customer trust and satisfaction. These traits form the firm foundation upon which CSI Contractors expects to build a lasting future as the leader in the construction industry.
