Hooters of Bakersfield had a very large turnout for their Grand Opening on October 26, 2009.  Billboard advertisements for the Bakersfield location have been in place off of Highway 99 for months and residents of Bakersfield have been eagerly awaiting the Grand Opening.  More pictures have been posted in the Photo Gallery.
